Training for the Kyokushin 1000 on the 10th of November. Keep digging deep its for a worthy cause OSU!!

The students are doing a Kyokushin 1000 for children in need. 200 jodan kicks, 200 push-ups, 200 sit-ups, 200 squat-thrusts finishing with 200 punches. Please show your support for all taking part and sponsoring them, it for a great cause. OSU!!
